Cambridge Greens objection to planning application for land south of Coldham's Lane

Cambridge Green Party has submitted a formal objection to a planning application for land south of Coldham's Lane. 

We are opposed to the plans on several grounds:

• The application’s poor reflection of the 2018 Local Plan; its incomplete and inaccurate nature and the provision of incomplete data; and failure to properly accommodate earlier consultations
• Increased traffic and congestion
• Increased air pollution
• Negative impact on protected open spaces and biodiversity.

We encourage anyone with concerns about this planning application to make their views known. Although the official deadline for public consultation has passed, the Greater Cambridge Planning Authority has said they will accept late submissions for the next couple of weeks (which takes us to 21 February 2022).
